How your day can look like

How your day can look like

Your day begins the moment you arrive. You'll receive a wristband and towel, change in our spacious changing rooms, and take your first steps into the Bathhouse.

Here, your journey unfolds through a collection of wellness spaces where heat, cold, water, scent, and stillness work together. The Snow Room, Steam Bath, Herbal Pool, Experience Showers, Dry Sauna, and relaxation areas each offer their own rhythm. You can also enhance your visit with a massage, facial or body treatment, floating therapy, or another water-based treatment, giving both body and mind time to slow down.

When you're ready, step into the mineral-rich geothermal waters of the lagoon. Relax in the warm water before moving between the event sauna, cold plunge pools, and Kneipp walk, where alternating heat and cold awaken the senses and help restore the body. If you'd like to linger a little longer, the in-water bar serves drinks without you ever having to leave the lagoon.

Round off your visit at Réttir Restaurant, where seasonal dishes and drinks are inspired by Icelandic ingredients and the surrounding landscape.

In summer, enjoy long evenings beneath the open sky. In winter, soak in the warm water surrounded by crisp air, with stars or the Northern Lights overhead when conditions allow.
