Safety Rules

Guests are kindly asked to familiarize themselves with and follow the rules below.

  • The minimum age is 10 years for the hot springs and 18 years for the bathhouse.

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians throughout the entire premises.

  • Guests are required to shower and wash thoroughly without swimwear before entering the lagoon or bathhouse. Swimwear must be worn in all bathing areas.

  • The use of cameras or phones to take photos or make audio recordings in the bathhouse, changing rooms, and showers is strictly prohibited.

  • The lagoon is natural and chlorine-free. The water temperature is approximately 38–40°C, though it may vary depending on weather conditions and location.

  • Please show caution on wet surfaces, outdoor areas, and stairs. Floors, walkways, and steps both indoors and outdoors can become slippery when wet or in cold weather.

  • Diving and jumping into the lagoon are not permitted. Climbing on structures, rocks, or natural formations is prohibited. Swim toys and similar equipment are not allowed.

  • Excessive intoxication is not permitted. Smoking, tobacco use, e-cigarettes, nicotine pouches, and any other form of nicotine use are strictly prohibited.

  • We recommend drinking plenty of water and taking regular breaks to cool down in order to prevent dehydration. If a guest experiences dizziness, faintness, or general discomfort, we advise them to leave the water.

Our staff are on hand to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and are authorized to intervene, give guidance, or ask guests to leave an area if necessary. In the event of an accident or if you feel unwell, please notify a staff member immediately.
